Crawler Toolbar is an application that installs a useful utility bar on the browser header for making easy its regular tasks.
Under the "Customize" tab the General Settings allow the user to arrange the shown buttons sorting, the toolbar language, etc.
Services Settings sets up all the toolbar services so the user can set whatever must be shown and available on the toolbar.
By pressing the "Services" button the application shows all the services that can be installed for using by the toolbar: search, map search, desktop notes and weather, radio and mp3 player, screensaver and wallpaper, skins and cursors, smileys and eCards, etc.
The "Look for" tab opens a wide variety of options to look for maps, shopping, websites, people, groups, images, dictionary, news, multimedia, weather, web history, games, browser skins, etc.
The "Search web" incorporates Yahoo, Google, Ask.com and other services. Beside that, it offers selective searches on software, dictionaries, maps, Amazon, eBay, etc. and some special settings for tuning the search. By pressing one of these options the browser "jumps" immediately to the search engine selected.
It also supplies a "Quick Search button" that opens a text box to type in the desired address or url to be search right away.
Advantages:
- Very small file with many services and browse options.
Disadvantages:
- It removes all the previous browser helpers settings.
